THIS IS THE CORRECT FEES RECIPIENT, NOT AN INDIVIDUAL NSA specifically shouted out the PHP foundation as the immediate fix to this insane vulnerability that is actually the 9/11 of websites lol PHP foundation goes by open source collective for taxes, got their EIN and it's on https://t.co/dQW39cHTQX
